Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Responsibilities:

• Recruiting high volume non-exempt employees
• Coordinates and conducts New Hire Orientation and Onboarding. Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner
• Administer and track New Hire monthly Safety Meetings
• Administers monthly New Hire benefits meetings and assists with Open Enrollment
• Track hourly performance reiviews and due dates, make sure they are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate employee engagement events, holiday events and monthly luncheons
• Scanning, filing and shredding confidential employee documents
• Provides guidance to employees on company HR policies and procedures
• Assist with FMLA tracking and reporting
• Asssist with Workers Compensation first injury reports and tracking
• Run various reports and provide analysis as needed for attendance, turnover and hiring
• Additional responsibilities from time to time, as established by the Human Resources Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field or 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resource field.
• Experience in high volume front line Recruiting
• Experience with HR Administrative Duties
• Excellent Interpersonal, Writtena and Verbal Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Employmemt Laws
• Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems (Paycor and Employee Navigator is a plus)
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification is preferred but not required
